Stuart Kibbe is the founder of Grace, a Swiss B2B training and coaching firm specialising in emotional intelligence. Grace helps organisations build the human skills their people need to perform, collaborate, and lead — skills Stuart believes are becoming more, not less, important as AI reshapes the workplace. With a background spanning executive coaching, leadership development, and experiential learning, Stuart has spent over a decade partnering with organisations across Europe and beyond to develop the human side of performance. He founded Grace on a clear conviction: that the quality of a person's inner life determines the quality of their outer impact, and that emotional intelligence is not a soft skill but a core business competency. Under his leadership, Grace has built a network of 40+ certified trainers and coaches delivering in-person and virtual programmes in seven languages, grounded in peer-reviewed EI research from the Greater Good Science Center and the HeartMath Institute. Grace is based in Altdorf, Switzerland.
