Emotional resilience for people leaders

MYDEE MEDIA LLC

Rising pressure and a habit of shutting down under stress. Mydee Media's managers had the technical skill but not the self-awareness to lead through it. Grace helped it's people leaders rebuild their relationship with their own signals. The result: rebuilding trust and communication downstream.

Six months in, our conflict resolution time dropped by half and retention improved measurably. The ROI case made itself.

FAQ

How is Workplace EI delivered — 1:1, small group, or company-wide?

It's multi-modal by design: individual coaching and counselling sessions are always 1:1, while the training curriculum is always delivered as live group sessions. You decide which business units or teams take part.

The page mentions a 24-module curriculum — how long does that take?

Workplace EI is a year-long investment. The 24 modules are paced across the full 12 months, not compressed into a single burst.

Does this require our own managers or leadership to be directly involved?

No — the programme is self-contained and runs independently once launched. HR is typically looped in at quarterly success meetings to review progress, not day-to-day delivery.

What's the difference between Workplace EI and EI Labs?

Workplace EI is the full year-long system — 1:1 coaching, live group training, and a 24-module curriculum. EI Labs are shorter, topic-based interventions (just 4 sessions each) that build one specific skill, like emotional regulation. Many teams start with a Lab and move into Workplace EI once they've felt the format work; others run Workplace EI and add Labs on top for a specific skill gap.

How is this different from a one-off training workshop?

A single workshop teaches a concept once; Workplace EI is built on Grace's baseline-build-measure model — a validated starting point, a structured year of development, and a post-programme assessment to prove what actually changed.

How do you measure ROI?

A validated EI baseline, a post-programme assessment, and longitudinal tracking mapped to engagement, retention, and productivity, reviewed with you quarterly — the specific metrics are customised to what matters most for your organisation, not a fixed universal scorecard.

What's the minimum commitment?

A 4-month minimum term, with 1 month's notice to end after that.

How does onboarding work?

Kickoff, then a baseline assessment for participating employees, then implementation — the curriculum, coaching, and team assignments all follow from there.

Is participant data kept confidential from the company?

Yes — full confidentiality. No personally identifiable coaching or counselling content is shared with your organisation. Anything a participant does want shared with their own manager is explicitly agreed at onboarding.

How is pricing structured?

Always a custom quote, scoped to the business units involved and the specific modules/coaching mix you choose.

Virtual, in-person, or both?

Virtual-first, with in-person available depending on your organisation's strategy and budget.

What languages do you deliver in?

Seven — English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Afrikaans, Arabic — across a network of 40+ ICF-certified coaches and facilitators, covering all international time zones.
