How is Grace LEAD different from hiring an independent executive coach?

Instead of a single coach's practice, you're matched into a vetted global network of 40+ ICF-certified coaches (500+ hours of experience each, selected through a five-step process with a 12% acceptance rate), backed by the Grace Transformation System and a full delivery ecosystem — baseline and post-programme EI assessments, quarterly focus labs, bi-monthly experiential training, and a dedicated account partner. If the coach-client fit isn't right, we re-match at no extra cost.

What exactly is included in the courses bundled into LEAD?

Based on your leadership environment, we curate a set of live, cohort-based courses your executives choose from — current topics include resilience, well-being, innovation, and agility. These sit alongside the 1:1 coaching, not instead of it.

Is LEAD purely 1:1, or is there a group element?

Both. The coaching itself is always individual, but the bundled courses run as live cohorts, so your executives also get structured peer exposure alongside their private coaching relationship.

What's the typical engagement length?

12 sessions over 6 months is the typical cadence, with a minimum 4-month commitment and 1 month's notice to end the engagement after that.

What seniority level is LEAD designed for?

Executives, senior management, and senior leaders — people whose decisions carry organisation-wide weight, not early-career managers (that's Workplace EI's audience).

How is this different from the coaching included in Workplace EI?

Workplace EI includes 1:1 coaching as part of a team-wide programme. Grace LEAD is a standalone, fully individualised engagement for senior leaders. Many clients start with one and move into the other.

How do you measure ROI on an executive coaching engagement?

Every engagement starts with a Grace EI Baseline Assessment and ends with a post-programme assessment, plus longitudinal reporting reviewed quarterly with your account partner — the specific KPIs tracked (retention, engagement, performance) are agreed with you at kickoff, not a fixed universal scorecard.

What does getting started actually look like?

A kickoff conversation, a baseline EI assessment for each participating leader, then implementation begins — coach matching, the first course selections, and the coaching cadence all follow from there.

Is our data and coaching content confidential?

Yes. Full confidentiality — no personally identifiable coaching content is shared with your organisation. Anything you do want shared between a leader and their own manager is explicitly agreed during onboarding, not assumed.

How is pricing structured?

Always a custom quote, scoped to your leadership population and the specific mix of coaching and courses you need — we don't publish a flat rate because no two engagements look the same.

Do you deliver in person or virtually?

Virtual-first, with in-person available depending on your organisation's strategy and budget.
