Why it matters

The cost of getting this wrong

Uncertainty is the default setting of modern work. When the future is unclear, the nervous system reads it as a threat, and that response narrows thinking, drains energy, and spreads through a team. Leaders who stay grounded in uncertainty become a steadying force for everyone around them. This lab builds the capacity to regulate yourself in ambiguity, recover a sense of agency, and lead others through change with a steady hand.
